Assembly Worker — 1st Shift

Location: Waukesha, WI

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00/hour

Generac Power Systems is hiring Assembly Workers at our Waukesha headquarters. Help build the generators that power homes and businesses across the world.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble generator components per work instructions
• Use hand tools, impact wrenches, and torque guns
• Perform visual quality checks on assembled units
• Move completed units to the testing area
• Maintain accurate production records

Requirements: Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 35 lbs. Steel-toe boots required.
