Shift: Varies — lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts available

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00/hour

Multiple Rockford-area restaurants are seeking experienced Line Cooks for temporary coverage. Shifts range from single-day fill-ins to week-long coverage. Perfect for cooks who want flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Work assigned station (grill, saute, fry, prep)
• Maintain ticket times during peak service
• Follow recipes and plating standards
• Keep station clean and organized throughout shift
• Assist with food prep and inventory rotation

Requirements: 6+ months line cook experience. Knife skills required. Food handler certification preferred. Non-slip shoes and black chef coat or apron required.
