Welder — MIG/TIG — 2nd Shift

Location: Racine, WI

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00/hour

Twin Disc is hiring certified MIG/TIG Welders for marine transmission fabrication. Join a historic Racine manufacturer with a reputation for quality and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Weld marine transmission housings and components per blueprints
• Perform visual and dimensional weld inspections
• Grind and finish welds to specification
• Complete weld logs and traceability documentation
• Set up and maintain welding equipment

Requirements: MIG and TIG welding certification required (AWS D1.1 or equivalent). 2+ years welding experience. Must supply own welding helmet and gloves. Steel-toe boots and FR clothing required.
